Pets complete our families. Artwork completes our homes.
Chicago’s premiere photo studio for pet-inclusive family portraits for over thirty years.
Sutton Studios’ tradition of fine photography and client care continue in the caring hands of Darby Clarke, who worked closely with David for many years prior to his retirement in 2026.
Celebrate your most precious relationships with artwork that warms both your heart and your home.
How do we do it?
Just tell us your story. Bring us your people. Design the artwork that will transform your home.
We’ll even guide the installation.
Time goes by so quickly.
We’re all related. We’ve experienced both joy and loss. We see you the way you see yourself. We get you because we are you.
Thousands of families of every kind trusted Sutton Studios to honor their most important relationships. Photographer Darby Clarke, whose patience, connection and ability to adapt to her clients’ needs, continues the Sutton Studios tradition with in-home sessions.
Families never stop moving and changing.
Kids grow up. Nests empty and memories fade, while the photos in our phones get harder and harder to find.
Artwork from Darby Clarke Photography will keep your memories alive.
“I have finally come to the conclusion that there are no words to tell you how much this has meant to me, my husband and my son. The photos are beautiful and heart rending beyond your imagination. Your talent is only exceeded by your generosity in sharing something so special.”
